Front Load WFW72HEDW0 Washer Repair
The client was puzzled when their Whirlpool washing machine WFW72HEDW0 had low water levels and was not washing their clothes properly. As a result, they called us to see what was going on, and we inspected the situation for them. Before filling the tank, we checked the water level to make sure that wasn’t a problem. Upon inspection of the control board, we found that the washing machine was suffering from a faulty till sensor. The sensor tells the control board when the washer is full, so that it can turn off the water. The water was shutting off too early due to a malfunction of the sensor. In order to replace the sensor in the home, we ordered a new one from the manufacturer and installed it after it arrived. In order to verify that the washing machine was in good working condition, we ran a test cycle. Our client was thrilled with the washer repair– and the water was filling up in the WFW72HEDW0 washer as a result of the sensor activating.
